MARYLAND ENVIRONMENTAL POLL RESULTS

Mason-Dixon Polling and Research interviewed 625 registered Maryland voters statewide October 16-18, 2001.  Margin for error is plus or minus 4%.  "Eastern Shore/Southern Maryland" and "Western Maryland" regions were combined for statistical analysis into "Rural Maryland" in the results document.  This is because the confidence level was increased and margin for error reduced by lumping them together.
